Just a quick note!

Well, I made it through the first week and all the pain associated with it. YAY!!! I figure that this week won't hurt as much. I have been using alot of the muscles that were in pain last week in different ways and working on a few exercises at home that will hopefully help in my body not hurt as much after I workout with my trainer. I bought this very cool Exercise ball. It is a large ball that you sit on and do sit ups...and it works your ab muscles, your side muscles and your back muscles. I have gotten to where I can do three sets of 15, twice a day...gradually I will increase this, but for now, that will do. I figured that since I was making all these changes why not just make one more and cut my hair off. So I did. I got my hair cut pretty short. I got 5-6 inches cut off. I love it. It is so much lighter than my long hair and much quicker to fix in the mornings. I will be honest. I was tired of spending a few hours a night blowdrying my hair after getting out of the shower. Now, it is quick and effecient. Tonight is another night of torture with my personal trainer, so I am sure that I will just collapse in bed after. I think I am coming down with a cold. Achy bones and a bad stuffed up nose. I hope I can sleep it off. :) Hope everyone has a great night and I shall write more later this week. Until next time, Toodles!!!
