This is the most recent photo of myself. I lost another 3.6 lbs this week and am very excited about this! It has motivated me to keep going another week. Tonight I get to tackle the wonderful elyptical machine again. Oh yeah! Since it is not my favorite thing, I will tackle it first and then the rest of the torture next. I need to start tackling my modified push-ups. I have to tell you that they are also torture for me. My knees hurt when I do them. At home I am putting a pillow under them so that they don't hurt that bad. But my arms are the real weak point. Never really knew they were that weak. I went shopping this week for some clothes. I have to tell you that I didn't want to spend a bunch of money because I know that I will only be wearing them for a few months before having to go down to the next size. So, my first purchase, believe it or not, was a pair of jeans from Wal-mart of all places. They were only 19.99 and actually fit me pretty well. Yes, they are already a bit big, but the next size down was WAY to small for me...oh well. At least I am not swimming in these like I was the other ones. Then I also got a pair of khaki pants for work from the Dress barn and these were two sizes smaller than what I was wearing. I did the happy dance in the dressing room. I am sure the sales associate thought I was crazy. Then I got a pair of shorts that were three sizes smaller and looked great on me. I also got my first babydoll shirt and it is so cute with the jean shorts. LOVE IT. I was so excited when I went shopping and was able to actually fit into some of the clothes on the rack. The feelig I had was elated. Now, don't get me wrong. I still don't like clothes shopping, but at least when I had to go, the experience this time was more positive than in the past. That also made me more motivated to keep up the training and working out and chosing better food choices. Can't wait to see what happens next time I have to go clothes shopping!

I am also planning my vacation home. I will be heading home the first week of June. I will be returning, Tuesday, June 10. My niece has her dance recital on Monday, June 9, so I will stay for that and then head home. I missed her very first recital because it was two weeks after I left in January and I am not going to miss this one. I am so looking forward to seeing my niece and nephew and spending time with my family. I am also going to hopefully get a chance to meet my newest nephew, Fredrick Keaton, while I am up there and spoil him just a bit.

Well, until next time....Toodles!
