Welcome to the world Little One! This is a picture of my new nephew, Frederick Keaton Ridgway. The newest member of the family! He was born Friday, 8:25am EST, and was 8 lbs and 21 inches long. He is just the cutest little guy. Giannna had to have a C-section, but said that Dennis was right there by her side the entire time. She should be home now per her e-mail. I will be leaving this coming weekend to go home and visit the family. During my stay, I will get to visit with Keaton and celebrate my nieces' birthday. (She is turning the big 4. Where has the time gone? I can remember when my sister brought her home from the hospital and she was so tiny. Now she is a "big girl".) I will also be going up to Baltimore with my Aunt Geraldine and my best friend Padty. That should be fun! We are going to have dinner with my cousin while we are there. Can't wait!
Tomorrow will be my last weigh in before leaving for my trip. I am hoping to reach my second weight goal before leaving. I feel like I have already made alot of my goals just by the clothes that I am wearing now and how much I have improved in the gym. Yesterday I was doing laundry so that I have plenty of clothes to take on my trip and usually when I run up and down the stair to the laundry room in the garage, I used to get winded..now it is a piece of cake. Also, I love trying all the new recipes that are out their for healthy meals. Weight Watchers has a ton of them and alot of them are fantastic...like the Shrimp Scampi and Spaghetti...Apple Braised Chicken and my favorite, Parmessan Crusted Tilapia. LOVE IT.
Well, I hope you all have a great day and until next time....Toodles!

Meg- He is absolutely precious! Can't wait to see more photos of him and hear about the rest of your family after your trip! Also, can't wait to hear everyone's reaction to what all you have accomplished. Regardless, I am so very proud of you! Rachel is very sick- fever, headache, throwing-up. She had an elevated white blood cell count at the doctors today, so we can't just right it off as a virus. We are going tomorrow for repeat blood work. Needless to say, I may be staying home Friday evening! If I don't talk to you please have a fun, safe trip!
