Arab to Anniston...I GOT A PROMOTION...YEAH!

Well, I guess I will start with my exciting news. I have recieved a promotion to supervisor at work. It requires me moving back to Anniston full-time, so off I am going. I moved up to Arab, AL about three years ago for work from Anniston and now it is time to go back. I am so excited about this. I am sure that getting ready to move will be a bit stressful, but I think by now I am a pro at the moving thing. I am starting now by packing the things I don't use everyday, like my DVD's, my CD's, my books and stuff like that. This coming weekend my friend is trying to come up and help me go through all my scrapbooking things and purge what I can before packing it all up. That should be the hardest part. I have never really liked packing up my scrapbooking things because it ends up being a big mess...but I think with the purging, it will make things better. I am also having another friend come over and help me go through alot of my other stuff and see if we can purge anything else that I am not using or haven't used in a while. I have been pretty good at that but I think when you get ready to move you get a new perspective on what you really want to take with you and what you don't. For the next three weeks I will be spending Thursday and Friday down there working and getting accquainted with the new position. I will also be meeting the people that will work for me. While I am down there I will be looking for a place to live. I know that I will want to be living down there full time by the beginning of October if possible. The travel will be what kills me to begin with, but I have some great friends up here that are willing to help me in anyway to assist with this new position, including helping with my four legged babies, Mugzy and Cricket.

Well, I am going to go for now, but I will try to get on later and post a new layout.

Until next time...Toodles.
