This past weekend was such fun. I spent from Friday at about 7 pm till Saturday at about 9pm scrapbooking at a National Scrapbooking Weekend retreat in Carrolton, Ga. It was hosted by Sweet Memories Scrapbook Store. WOW, what a fantastic weekend they put together. The weekend theme was Scrap in the City, a take off of Sex in the City TV Show/Movie. All the Decorations were the stores colors of Pink/Black and Green. They had door prizes, tee-shirts and WONDERFUL meals for everyone! Everyone was so nice and friendly and were very helpful when needed. I stayed up all night from Friday at 5:30 am till Saturday night at 10:00pm. Let me just say, I was SO tired when I finally made it home Saturday night that I crashed hard and slept till noon on Sunday and then took a three hour nap in the afternoon. I think I am good now, but I wouldn't be surprised if I am in bed early every night this week. But, I would not change a thing. It was a blast and can't wait to do it again with them in the Summer!!!
Things have been so busy lately that I haven't had a whole lot of time to blog...but I am going to try to get better about that. I started a scrapbook about myself....it is where you scrapbook a page every week for one year about something you did that week or something about yourself. At the end of the year, you have a glimps into your life....it seems kinda cool and so I am going to give it a go. We will see how long I follow through on it. I hope that I manage to finish out the year...:)
Well, I guess I am going to have to go...work is calling.
