Eat Dessert First!

Ok, I was playing around tonight with some new stamps.  I will explain more about them in a post later in the week.  I thought I would share a card I made while I was playing.  I took an idea from a card I saw on the Amuse Studios Website.  I made a few modifications to make it mine and I think I like how it turned out.   I am going to be sending this to a friend of mine in Iraq, as I have been promising it for a while now.

I used "the scoop" from Amuse Studios Stamps for ice cream image and sentiment, Amuse Latte Ink, Amuse Sugar Paper, Green and yellow scraps and the pattern paper is scraps also.  Then to give the ice cream so flavor, I used copic markers and stickles. 

It has been a long week so it was nice to just play in my stamp/scrapbook room and enjoy so quiet leisure time. 

Yesterday was my nieces 7th birthday.  She is growing up so fast and I just

believe that she is seven years old now.  She is getting so beautiful..not that I ever doubted she wouldn't be the most beautiful girl in the world.
